If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you within 15 days after your cancellation.

If you receive extra merchandise in your package or if merchandise was delivered to you that you did not order, please email customer service through our Contact Form. In your email message include the incorrect merchandise, the order number, your name and your mailing address.
